Round 1 : Steed

And so we've come to the last household in this round, and it's adorable Connor Steed. Connor's a Fortune/Grilled Cheese sim with the personality 7/6/5/2/5.
Connor loves grilled cheese. It's not a food for everybody, and Connor knows so. Yet, it hurt to be rejected just because you loved a certain food. He packed away all his grilled cheese feelings and became an engineer. It's a career he loves, yes, and the reason he came along on the journey. But secretly he hopes maybe he can unpack the grilled cheese feelings again.
Well, honestly, he just did. I tried to not make his house totally grilled cheese-y, but, well...

Poor Connor starts his round sick, but fortunately he gets healthy immediately afterwards.
As the town's engineer, he has to max out his mechanical skill and become best friends with Phillip Cross, so they can get some running water and electricity to the town.
But he also has time for a grilled cheese sandwich.
Apparently Connor is a very social sim and an entire day without other sims around drove him nuts. Rebecca Pratt has issues too.
Wait, what, how?
Oh, that's how.
Well, Penny Forester is sick too, so sure, just talk to them, it can't become much worse then.
"I don't know about you, but I'm pretty great, aren't I?"
"You're, like, the best sim I know."

The guests had some fun.
Connor needed some rest to get over his sickness.
And some grilled cheese sandwiches are good too.

Phillip Cross stopped by to hang.
And for them to take the final jump into best friendship.
"So, yeah, I'm really lovable."
"You are so lovable, I love you so much."
I love pillow fight faces :D
"What an interesting painting."
"So me and Agnetha totally made out, haha, hold on for a moment, I gotta check something."
"I was right! Still interesting. And hilarious too!" I kid you not, he went to look at this painting and laugh at it, god knows how many times.
Grilled cheese for breakfast? Yessir.
And then, finally, someone sensible in this town. Matthew Pratt was almost as enthusiastic about grilled cheese as Connor.
Ironically, Connor made them spaghetti for dinner.
It didn't bother Matthew though, as long as he got food.
Everybody is a goddamn art critic. At least Matthew is serious about it.
Okay, nevermind.
Connor was apparently not into hugging.
And Phillip not into grilled cheese.
Riley Pratt was there too.
He wasn't doing too well. Let's see if Connor can cheer him up and -

They're pretty cute? But it came out of nowhere.

He was so close, that was his last point, but apparently his woohoo-break with Riley was the dealbreaker here.
Poor thing was so exhausted. Sigh. Another week without electricity it is. Be glad I think you're so cute, Connor.
